Wayne Roddy, CPA
Wayne graduated from the University of North Carolina at Asheville with distinction in Accounting.  He has worked in the field of public accounting since 1986. His specialties include small business and individual taxation.  Wayne founded his own firm and began operations in December 2013.

Wayne is an active member of Biltmore Baptist Church, as well as a member of the Asheville Rotary Club and the Executive Association of Greater Asheville.

Wayne enjoys spending time with his family as well as hiking, mountain biking and reading.

Karen Mink Gooch, CPA
Karen is a CPA with more than 15 years of experience in both industry and public accounting. Her primary focus includes working with corporations, partnerships, and individuals. She earned a BA in accounting and finance from the University of Kentucky and a Masters of Accounting from the University of Virginia.  Karen moved to Asheville in 2009 from the Charlotte area.  She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and pets in the plethora of outdoor activities that Western North Carolina offers.

Zach Roddy, CPA
Zach began working in public accounting in 2018 after graduating from Appalachian State University with a degree in accounting, as well as a minor in Supply Chain Management.  He received his CPA certificate in August of 2020. He has experience in small business and individual taxation, as well as payroll processing and bookkeeping work. As an Asheville native, he enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, fishing, and golfing.  He also enjoys spending time with his family.

Julie Johnson
Julie has worked with Wayne since November 1992 as his assistant.  She is responsible for the billing, making sure the office runs efficiently and plays a big part in our client relations.  She has experience in individual tax returns, eldercare assistance and Quickbooks.  She was born and raised in Hendersonville, North Carolina and continues to reside there.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and crafts.

Melanie Roddy
Melanie graduated from the University of North Carolina at Asheville with distinction in Accounting. She worked for eight years in banking.  After being a stay-at-home mom for twelve years in 2006, Melanie began contract bookkeeping and is now a QuickBooks Pro Advisor.  She specializes in payroll processing and bookkeeping work.

Melanie enjoys spending time with her family as well as hiking, gardening and reading.
